Refund policy

  1. If you are dissatisfied despite our efforts to deliver the highest quality and design, we are open to listening. Refund is possible on cancellation before dispatch. Cancellations post dispatch will have to bear shipping cost.
  2. Since our products are a labour of love and painstaking handmade processes, we accommodate returns and refunds pertaining to manufacturing defects and transit damages only
  3. Please write to us on sales@paisleyspalaces.com within 48 hours after delivery, with your order number, date of transaction, address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defected item
  4. You will be redressed within 48 hours of receiving your email
  5. You may opt for a full refund or store credit or exchange it for another product of equal value
  6. Please ensure that the product is returned to us in its original condition and packaging (price tag attached). Signs of usage will disqualify the product for refund, store credit or exchange
  7. Paisleys & Palaces reserves the right to inspect the product received before granting refund, store credit or exchange
  8. Exchange requests pertaining to size (specified in clear terms online), will be kindly declined
  9. Feel free to refuse the product if it is presented damaged at the time of delivery
  10. Expect your refund within 10 days from the date of cancellation, similar to the purchasing procedure
  11. Please provide your bank account details to avail refund of COD
